1- Easy transport provides a light goods removal service,
our drivers therefore, are under no obligation to lift or carry unreasonable heavy goods,
doing so is entirely at driver’s discretion. (In case of heavy goods or moving from or to upper floors hiring extra help is recommended).

2- At easy transport we make all the efforts for a careful move but we do not take responsibility for losses or damage occurrences to property in their possession unless the packing is done by us.

3- Our charges for van and driver are (£48 an hour plus £2 per mile), minimum of one hour will be charged. For every additional helper it would cost an extra £20 an hour.

4- Congestion charge payable by customer if applies.

5- Driver reserves the right to ask for advance payment.

6- Terms and conditions must be signed by the customer before the commence of the job.

7- Method of payment: cash only.
